All orders are shipped from London, UK with Royal Mail postage or DHL for Express International.

Ready-to-wear. Ready-to-ship. All orders will be shipped same working day if ordered before 3PM GMT.
'MADE TO MEASURE'
All these pieces are made to order.
Standard processing time is up to 14 business days before dispatch.
During peak periods processing times may extend slightly. Any changes will be clearly communicated on the website.
Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Once your item is complete it will be shipped with your choice of shipping option listed below as chosen by you at checkout.
LUNA EXPRESS
We offer a premium LUNA EXPRESS service for selected Made-to-Measure styles. Please use our LUNA EXPRESS contact page to enquire if the product you're after is available for our express service.

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Tracked 48 (2-3 working day delivery after shipment) - £3.50 - FREE OVER £120
- Tracked 24 (Next working day if ordered before 3pm) - £5
Please note anything ordered after 3pm will be sent next working day.
Delivery timeframe refers to transit time after dispatch, not processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

International customers can choose from:
EU (European Union)
- Standard Tracked International (2-17 Business Days) - £8 - FREE OVER £150
INTERNATIONAL
- Standard Tracked International (3-7 Business Days) - £10 - FREE OVER £150
USA
- Standard Tracked International (7 Business Days) - £30 (Customs and taxes are included in the postage price, so no additional fee's will be paid upon delivery)
- DHL EXPRESS 1-3 (recommended for quick delivery) - £50 (Customs and fee's are not included, these charges are the responsibility of the customer)
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays causes by customs.
Once shipped we provide full tracking details via email.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier.
If your parcel is delayed, please allow the courier's full investigation period before we can open a claim.
For UK deliveries sent via Royal Mail, a lost parcel claim can only be submitted after 20 working days from the dispatch date.
We will always assist with investigations where possible.
Closet Luna is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Customs delays or charges
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
