Frequently asked questions

MADE TO MEASURE

How does Made to measure work?

Each piece is cut from vintage denim and tailored to your exact measurements. Production begins once your order is placed.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is up to 14 working days unless LUNA EXPRESS is selected and approved.

How do i submit my measurements?

You'll enter your measurements on the Made To Measure product page. Please follow the Fit Guide carefully to ensure accuracy. If you need help with measurements please contact us.

Why are sizes measured with a tape and different from standard sizing?

Vintage denim has little to no stretch at all and it can shrink and stretch over time, causing the marked size (on the badge/inside tag of the jeans) to be incorrect.

We measure all the jeans with a tape measure to make sure we get the current size of the item, so you can achieve your perfect size - we stand by our measurements and they are always double checked prior to dispatch

what does 'fit' mean?

We allow to customer to select between slim, relaxed and baggy on our 'FIT' product page section to ensure the waist fits in correlation to the leg shape you are after. This is based on final silhouette, not body type.

what does customisation mean?

This is where you can write any details into the product section that you would like us to include on your piece. (e.g. light / moderate/ heavy distressing)

Will my pair look exactly like the model?

Each piece is cut from vintage denim, so wash tone and minor distressing may vary. The fit and structure will match your selection.

Can i return made to measure pieces?

As each piece is made individually to your measurements, Made To Measure items are non-returnable unless faulty.

The archive

will archive pieces be restocked?

No. Archive pieces are released once and will not be reproduced.

Are archive items true vintage?

Yes. All archive pieces are sourced individually and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age.

HOW DO ARCHIVE PIECES FIT?

Sizing is listed in exact measurements in the product description.

Can i return Archive pieces?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

i saw a pair someone else wore- can i get the same?
