Returns & Exchanges
Each Closet Luna piece is either 'The Archive' or 'Made to Measure'.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
'THE ARCHIVE'
We accept returns on 'The Archive' items for:
- Exchange
- Store credit (issued as a digital credit note)
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must not show signs of wear, scent or damage.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommened using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
MADE TO MEASURE
All Made To Measure pieces are final sale.
As these garments are custom-made to your selected measurements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit on these items.
Please ensure your measurements are entered carefully before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing we recommend to visit our FIT GUIDE, or contact us prior to purchase.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Items damaged through wear, incorrect care, or general use are not considered faulty.
Return Process
To request a return for a 'The Archive' item, please contact us via our Contact page with:
- Your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an exchange is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
